Knowing that many of their members would miss the community they had created by the Nutrition Club and Fitcamps, Burnley businessmen Frankie Musso and Brad Hensby set up The Positivity Project the same day, made available to anybody who wanted to remain positive in the current climate.

Frankie said: "There are different forms of entertainment, including various exercise classes for all ages and abilities, skillshares, showcases, quizzes, brain teasers, music favourites and even virtual nights out, with many others inputting their individual skills and talents.

"The latest addition is a daily screen conference exercise class where people can exercise on screen with others, particularly encouraging for those living alone."

The group now stretches across 17 countries as far as South Africa and New Zealand, and initiated many others now following online.

Non profit and formed voluntarily, it has reached nearly 800 members.

Frankie added: "It been extremely rewarding to many, beginning and ending every day with positive thoughts and no negativity allowed."
