Police are investigating a suspected arson after a caravan was set alight in Burnley.

Two fire crews were called to Brush Street at 1-40am today.

Firefighters used a hosereel jet to extinguish the fire, which had been started deliberately, at the roadside.

There were no casualties.

Police were notified of the suspected arson.
