Burnley firm reports jobs growth

The expansion of CoolKitLtd, a refrigerated vehicle specialist, to new premises in Burnley has resulted in a 67% growth in jobs at the company in the past year.

The 45,000 square-foot site has seen the business, which was established in 2005 and which provides refrigerated vans as well as carrying out fridge-van conversions and offering van-insulating kits, blossom as it now employs over 70 people.

The expansion was executed as part of a strategic plan to deal with the company’s £15million-worth of annual orders, whilst also accommodating the average 40% year-on-year growth.
