Burnley man facing New Year trial before magistrates after denying assault and damage charges
A 34-year-old Burnley man is facing trial before the town’s magistrates, after denying assault by beating and damage.
Gary Taylor, of Dorset Street, was unconditionally bailed until January 30th. The offences are alleged to have taken place on October 1st.
