COLNE health, training and fitness business Inspire Health celebrated its achievements of 2011, with clients enjoying a meal and awards evening.

The business, founded by Colne fitness entrepreneur Matthew Haworth, has seen a successful year with a number of clients making significant progress.

More than 30 clients attended the meal at Foulridge’s Massala Room restaurant followed by an awards ceremony at the Stone Trough.

Matthew said: “Everybody enjoyed the Inspire Health Awards Night. They’ve all put the effort in this year and earned the right to enjoy a guilt-free night out with some great food and a few drinks.

“Our Female Client of the Year award was won by Kellie Riley – the proprietor of A White Room in Colne. Kellie has shown a high level of commitment and dedication in achieving her goals over the past year. She’s lost weight, toned up and made exercise part of her life. She’s seen a massive improvement in her fitness levels, and increased muscle, strength and tone.

“Our Male Client of the Year was Julian Jordan - he’s lost weight, gained tone and muscle – and by his own admission, got to a level of fitness he didn’t think would be possible. This has seen him take up running and complete two half marathons – Fleetwood and the Great North Run. At GNR he also raised over £600 for Pendleside Hospice.”

And he added: “Our Bootcamp Client of the Year was Vicky Kibble. She has fully committed herself to the bootcamp sessions, as well as taking up running and following up with exercise in her own time. Vicky has now committed to other group sessions at Inspire Health to help improve her fitness and strength.

“It was tough deciding who had won the awards. Well done to everyone – it’s been a fantastic year and they’ve all achieved so much. I’m really proud of the efforts of all Inspire Health’s clients!”

Inspire Health was founded in 2010 by Matthew. The business offers clients a bespoke package of exercise, advice and support to help them achieve their goals and move towards greater fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
