Car seized in Whalley without insurance

Officers from Ribble Valley Rural Task Force last night seized a vehicle after they were made aware of two men acting suspiciously, in and around the Whalley area.

The Fiat was being driven without insurance in connection with the reports.

The driver was reported for summons for motoring offences.
