Police investigate Burnley General Hospital break-ins

Police are appealing for information after a series of break-ins at disused parts of Burnley General Hospital.

The offenders have been breaking into buildings at the hospital stealing large copper and electric cables.

It is estimated the total cost of the stolen cables, which were used on a back-up generator, is around £2,000.

The thefts are believed to have taken place between May 20th and June 8th.
