There is still a large police presence at Pendle Skips, where Burnley man Stephen Whitehead was murdered, as investigators continue to sift through all the evidence.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder and he is currently in custody being questioned by investigators.
Stephen, who was a casual employee at the firm, was found on Monday morning in the kitchen area of the business where it is believed he had been sleeping rough after falling on hard times.
A spokesperson for the police said: “It’s a case of the location still being on lock-down because officers are continuing to establish the scene.”
