Have you seen wanted men? Police appeal

DETECTIVES are appealing for the public’s help in tracing three wanted East Lancashire men.

Stuart John Davey(41), who is originally from the Blackburn area, is wanted for questioning in connection with a burglary from the Gannow area of Burnley on December 18th.

Davey is described as being of slim build, around 6ft. 5in. tall with a North-West accent. He has hazel eyes and tattoos on both arms. It is believed he has now grown his hair which is described as dark and wavy.

Although he has previously lived in the Blackburn area, it is now believed he is in the Duke Bar area of Burnley.

Brian Furlong (50), originally from London, is wanted on a prison recall.

He was originally jailed in 2010 for two burglaries in Padiham and was sentenced to four years. He was released on licence in July, however, it is believed he has since breached the terms of that licence and has been recalled to prison to serve the remainder of his sentence.

Furlong is described as being of slim build, around 5ft. 8in. tall with a North-West accent. He has brown eyes and short grey hair and has a Union flag and West Ham tattoo on his right arm.

Again, he has previously lived in the Blackburn area but it is now believed he is in the Burnley area.

Lee Roberts (33), from Burnley, is wanted for failing to appear at Burnley Crown Court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He was due to appear at court charged with three counts of burglary in Nelson committed on September 6th. The warrant for his arrest was issued on the December 6th.

Roberts is described as being of slim build, around 6ft. 2in. tall with a North-West accent. He has blue eyes and short dark brown hair. He has signs of the zodiac tattoos on his right arm.

He has previously lived in the Burnley area but his current whereabouts are unknown.

Sgt Paul Gaynor said: “If anybody knows where these men are currently, or if they have been in contact with them recently, I would urge them to contact police on 101 quoting log reference LC-20131223-0533 or Crime stoppers on 0800 555 111.”
