Revolutionary ‘four minute fitness’ craze comes to Burnley

A Burnley gym is claiming to get members super fit in just four minutes with a revolutionary new exercise class.

The St Peter’s Centre is among the first gyms in the North-West to introduce the high-intensity Tabata classes dreamed up by scientists in Japan.

Dozens of fitness fanatics have already joined in the sweat-inducing sessions which see 20-second bursts of exercise totalling just four minutes.
