The scheme runs at Pendle’s Community Allotment and offers adults and children an exciting chance to bolster their growing skills.

Courses range from a wide assortment of activities from outdoor art, cooking workshops and gardening courses.

Activities will take place at Hodge House Allotments, Reedyford Road, Nelson, to create a sense of community spirit in addition to providing information about healthy lifestyles.

The site itself boasts a pond, bird hide, cob oven, blooming backyard and recycled pot area.

The course is open for all ages and skill levels and those interested can find out more information by calling Live Well Eat Well Pendle on 661739.
