Should fine people who drop litter, not pick on dog owners
While the dog enforcement officers and the police are out and about harassing dog owners, will they start fining people who drop litter, people who spit phlegm, people who spit their chewing gum and people who vomit all over pavements?
Then Clitheroe would be a much cleaner and tidier place.
