Padiham man admits ecstasy drugs charge
A Padiham man found with a bag of the Class A drug ecstasy had never been in trouble for a drugs offence before, a court heard.
Burnley magistrates were told how Dale Adam Winter (29,)was searched by police who discovered the white powder.
He later admitted in interview it was MDMA and it was for his own use.
Winter, of Park Road, Padiham, admitted possessing 0.31 grams of ecstasy at Burnley on April 14th.
He was told to pay a total of £235 in fines, victim surcharge and costs.
