Alfie Smith donated 200 eggs for the scheme being run by Burnley Community Kitchen to make sure as many youngsters as possible receive a treat.

This kind of generosity is just what Alfie's proud family have come to expect from him as he recently raised £900 towards food for vulnerable families when he asked what he could do to help after hearing that many children were going hungry in the pandemic.
