Champion litter pickers call for more to join them in campaign to clean up Padiham

Members of Padiham Rotary Club joined forces with another group, Padiham Pride, to carry out a litter pick in the town last week.

They targeted the riverside area from the side of Boyes store to the town hall.

And they have decided the litter pick will be a weekly event and volunteers who wish to join them are more than welcome.

The group meets on Boyes car park at 9-30am. Volunteers are advised to wear sensible shoes or boots and gloves and litter pickers will be provided.
