Ribble Valley elections 2021: Businessman and former Clitheroe Mayor wins West Bradford and Grindleton seat

There was an unusually high turnout for the Ribble Valley by-elections 2021, which took place in three wards - Billington and Langho, West Bradford and Grindleton, and Mellor.

The Conservatives retained all three wards.

There were celebrations for East Lancashire businessman and former Clitheroe Town Mayor Kevin Horkin, who won the West Bradford and Grindleton seat with 416 votes. Meanwhile, Steve Farmer was elected in Billington and Langho with 635 votes and Robin Walsh, brother of late Coun, Noel Walsh, elected in Mellor with 712 votes.

The results are as follows:
