Earby were beaten by six wickets at Whalley on Saturday in the CBS Office Supplies Ribblesdale League.

Earby batted first and were all out for 108 in 35.1 overs.

Sam Parry finished as top-scorer for the Applegarth side with 35 off 80 balls, with six fours.

Only Jake Greenbank (12), Matthew Nutter (15) and Jason Lockley (17) could join him in double figures.

Kye Stevens made 31 and Toby Bulcock 29 as Whalley passed the target in 25.3.
