Both Barnoldswick Town and Colne’s games on Saturday were postponed due to snow-bound pitches.
Town were due to host leaders Runcorn Linnets at the Silentnight Beds Stadium, while Colne saw their derby clash with Silsden fall victim to the weather.
Town had dropped into the bottom three of the NWC Premier Division last weekend when AFC Blackpool drew 2-2 at Abbey Hey, and Stewart Airdrie’s side are now four points adrift of the Seasiders after they backed up that point with a 1-0 win at Maine Road on Saturday - although Town have three games in hand.
Town are scheduled to be at home to Runcorn Town tomorrow (kick-off 3 p.m.).
Colne, meanwhile, lie ninth in the table, two points behind Nelson in sxth, and among a pack of clubs who will feel they can claim third spot, as they lie 11 points behind Ashton Athletic, having played five games fewer.
Steve Cunningham’s men travel to Congleton Town tomorrow (kick-off 3 p.m.), ahead of the visit of Runcorn Linnets next Satuirday.
