BARROWFORD Celtic Under 11s produced their best performance to beat Clitheroe Wolves Yellow 8-1 and move three points clear at the top.
Will Forester, man of the match Kieron Whittaker, Maddy Bond (2) and Bryce Johnstone (4) were on target.
Celtic’s Under 13s Black lost 4-2 to Athletico Knuzden.
Scott Simpson hit a suberb free kick to give the Blacks, but Knuzden hit back to take the lead.
Simpson scored from the spot to level, and a fantastic penalty save from Lee Coffey kept the Blacks in it, but Knuzden went on to score twice to win it.
Star man was Ryan McGinty.
• COLNE Under 15s Blue continued their winning run with a comprehensive 7-1 win at Brierfield Celtic White.
Matthew Pates netted twice, James Wilkinson and Harry Dale also scored, and centre halves Henry Frankland and George Watson both powered in headers.
Man of the match was Robert Hurlstone.
Colne Under 13s continued their winning streak at Towneley Park with a 7-3 win over Brierfield Celtic.
Two goals each from Callum Moody and Zack Hartley, as well as goals from Tom Wood, Elliot Foster and Harry Mattinson, were enough to gain Colne three points.
Luke Wells was man of the match.
• TOP scorer Michael Hodson scored all four goals as Pendle Forest Under 14s Black beat defeated Pendle Forest Under 14s Greens 4-3 in the derby.
Pendle Forest Under 12s Hawks beat Daneshouse 7-3 with a hat-trick from Ashley Howarth, two from Daniel Bellamy, one from Harry Hargreaves and a 30-yard drive from Liam Walker.
Man of the match was Ryan Clarke.
Pendle Forest Under 9s Pythons lost 1-0 to Ighten Leigh, despite their best efforts, with Lewis Whitlow the man of the match.
Forest’s Under 9s Cobras played some creative football to secure a 2-1 win at Daneshouse Inter in the Warburtons League.
Man of the match Alfie Percival and Finn Buck were on target.
Harrison Howarth made some quality saves in goal, supported by a strong defence of Kyle Worrall, Elliott Barker, Cain McDonald and Thomas Entwistle, with Isaac Routh creating great plays from midfield.
Man of the match Ethan Conner scored a hat-trick as the Cobras’ North Valley League side continued their impressive form.
