Brierfield Celtic Under 14s Red came away from Accrington Academy with all three points after a 2-1 win over Greyhound Ford Juniors.
Greyhound took the lead midway through the second half after a quick breakaway, but even though they had their noses in front, Celtic kept knocking at the door.
Their hard work paid off with five minutes to go as Jack Burrows hit a sweet strike from outside the box that sailed over the Greyhound keeper.
And even better was to come with a late corner from Cain Buck, Jack Burrows again meeting it first time with his head to give Celtic their first three points of the season.
Brierfield Celtic Under 11s Blue enjoyed a 10-0 win over Barrowford Celtic.
Nathan Allan scored four, and Luke Hutton a brace, with James Dean, William Sledding, Joel Dolan and Bailie Copland also on target.
