Celtic’s Under 8s were on fire again last weekend, securing a 14-0 win against Barnoldwick Barons.

Man of the match Joe Livesey bagged a hat-trick, as did Louis Rodgers and Tom Drake.

Brierfield’s Under 14s beat Huncoat 13-1 as they found their scoring boots.

Kingsley Benson filled his boots with four, Liam Gaskell grabbed a hat-trick for the second week in a row and Andrew Cain grabbed a brace.

Further goals from Oliver Wood, Mohzam Ali, Ben Brame and Cameron Anderson made it 13 on the day.

Nathan Mark went in goal in the second half to sharpen up his goalkeeping skills and did well, saving from the penalty spot.

Celtic’s Under 13s Red beat Rishton 7-1 at Parsons, with every single member of the squad doing their bit.

An eager Ryan Mcginty got off to a flier by netting early on, and he added a second before the half was out.

Cain Buck and Jonny Davies notched one each, and at the break it was 4-0.

The second half was much the same with some captivating wing play on either flank, leading to a strike from Jack Burrows.

But it was McGinty who finished matters off, collecting another double before the game ended.

Rishton managed a goal for themselves but it was all they could console the travelling fans with.
