Burnley FC sign new goalkeeper
Burnley Football Club has this morning announced the signing of goalkeeper Nick Liversedge from Whitby Town.
The 6ft 4in goalkeeper (24) has joined the Clarets after agreeing a one-year-deal.
Liversedge, who started his career at Darlington, who joins fellow goalkeepers and summer signings Tom Heaton from Bristol City and Alex Cisak from Oldham Athletic, previously spent time on trial at Turf Moor in 2012 and 2013.
Liversedge will focus his work with the Development Squad and provide first-team back-up to Heaton and Cisak.
