Defender Kieran Trippier believes the Clarets have found their feet in the Premier League.
Sean Dyche’s side clambered off the foot of the table following back-to-back wins against Hull City and Stoke City.
Now, ahead of tomorrow’s game with Aston Villa at Turf Moor, Trippier believes the Clarets will kick on.
“Everyone was saying we’ve not scored, we’ve not won, we’ve done that now,” he said. “We’ve got two wins on the bounce and it shows how quickly football can change.
“As a team we knew coming into this league was difficult but we’ve finally found our feet in this league now.
“It was a massive win for us against Stoke and it was probably one of the most disciplined defensive performances I’ve seen at Burnley.”
He added: “It will get more difficult as the season goes on but we are all ready for the task. We are gradually getting up there but like last year we will be taking one step at a time and get ready for Villa.”
