The Clarets will kick off their FA Youth Cup campaign with a third-round home tie against Bradford City.
The tie is due to be played at Turf Moor on Tuesday, 13 December (kick-off 7pm).
The Bantams booked their trip to Turf Moor as they beat Boston 2-1 in the second round.
Bradford, who play in the North East Youth Alliance, also beat Hartlepool in round one to launch their run in the competition, which is for under-18 sides.
Chelsea have won the competition – which brought Burnley their only success in 1968 but featured a run to the semi-finals for the Clarets in 2012 – for the last three seasons.
