Barrowford’s Natalie Haythornthwaite is back in the England netball squad for the upcoming three-match Test series against Trinidad & Tobago.
The 22-year-old, who plays goal attack, has been in impressive form for Yorkshire Jets, who, on Monday, comprehensively beat Celtic.
Dragons by 28 points in Hull to move third in the Netball Superleague - with Haythornthwaite named player of the match.
The Jets are guaranteed a top four place, which means they will be in the competition’s semi-finals, and at the Copper Box Arena at London’s Olympic Park for the Superleague Finals weekend, later this month.
The opening match of the Test series, part of the build-up to this summer’s Netball World Cup in Australia, will take place at the University of Bath Sports Training Village on Wednesday, May 6th (7.15pm).
