When the second half kicked off Colne started to play some excellent rugby.
All the pressure being applied by Colne was now beginning to wear down the opposition.
Colne had a scrum on the half way line and after a well rehearsed move the ball ended up in Mathew Tindal’s hands who then stepped on the gas to run past the opposition and score under the posts with the conversion successful.
It didn’t take long for Colne to get back into a scoring position but just as it looked like the chance had gone big Howard Howarth dived into a ruck and won the ball back. This was then spun out wide and Jordan Sutherland used all his skill to sell an outrageous dummy and score under the posts, converted by Aaron Denton.
