YOUNG hockey starlet Olivia Bythell has been selected to represent her county for the fourth year running.
The Pendle Forest star has been named in the U15 Lancashire squad.
Olivia has trained with Forest since she was able to hold a stick, and started playing league games when she was 13-years-old.
She nows plays in the club’s first team, who play each weekend in North Division One.
Olivia has trained hard since September for Lancashire, and has been rewarded with a place in their squad.
She will play matches against East Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, West Cheshire and the Isle of Man in a tournament to be held in Wilmslow later this month.
This is a fantastic achievement for Olivia, and Pendle Forest are very proud of her achievements.
On behalf of the Bythell family, Pendle Forest would like to thank Pendle Leisure Trust, who supported Olivia through the summer by giving her a grant which allowed her to use the gym and the astro turf for practice.
