Over the Bank Holiday weekend, five riders represented Cycle Sport Pendle at the North West International Youth Tour.
On the first day in Preston there was a mile time trial and a longer race for each category, at Blackpool on Sunday there was time trial on the prom and then a longer race, and the final day at Lancaster was a national series length race.
For each age there was a very strong field of riders from all over the country and all five CSP riders finished high up in their groups.
Tim Jones from Padiham was 18th, 40 seconds behind the leader in the Under 16s, and Nelson pair Nathan Hawthorn - ninth, 28 seconds behind the winner - and Cory Edmondson - 23rd - did well in the Under 14s.
In the under 14s girls race, Rhiannon Gornall from Barnoldswick was 10th while Georgia Ashworth from Trawden was 17th.
Their next event will be the inaugural race at the new Steven Burke Sport Hub circuit on Saturday, June 28th.
