Barrowford’s Natalie Haythornthwaite is back in the England squad for the three-match Vitality Netball International Series against Jamaica.
The 24-year-old, who recently joined Wasps Netball from Manchester Thunder, will look to add to her eight caps at some familiar venues.
England start the series on Tuesday, November 29th at the Copper Box Arena, London, before coming back north on Friday, December 2nd to take on Jamaica at Belle Vue, Manchester.
The final game of the series is played at Wasps’ home court at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on Sunday, December 4th.
She tweeted: “After a long day in placement I can now tweet about how EXCITED I am!! It’s such an honour 2b selected 4 the upcoming tour, I can’t wait!”
Ama Agbeze will continue to lead the Roses with England’s most-capped player, Jade Clarke, and Joanne Harten acting as vice-captains.
Eboni Beckford-Chambers and Haythornthwaite return to the squad into the defence and mid-court respectively.
