The D. Robinson Memorial Trophy at Ghyll on Sunday was won by Steve Mortimer Senior, who carded 76-11-65.
The Division One winner was Seahan Grace with a 76-7-69, Division Two winner was Sean Nutter (86-13-73) and Division Three winner was Bill Eccles (93-21-72).
On Saturday, the Clifford Bulcock bogey competition at Colne was won by Geoff Hurlstone, who was 1 up on the course. Second was Howard Lonsdale, who was 1 down, and third, after cards, was Paul Tems, who was 3 down.
The winner of the ladies’ section was Lady Captain Bev Wellock with a score of 5 down.
Almost £80 was raised at Colne for the Pendle Hospice from entry fees into the Charity Shield event - Val Turpin taking the honours with a score of 101-25-76, ahead of Tina Fishwick’s 97-20-77, with Anne Black in third place.
